Sari and Emily make a Difference

This is a very special group of kids! The young lady second from the left has faced health challenges and has chosen to give back in an incredible way. Sari and Emily, together with their brothers, hold two bake sales every year — one at Stephenfield Campground and another in Miami. They organize everything themselves, from baking and crafts to selling veggies, pop, and freezies. These fundraisers were held this past summer in support of Katie Cares.

Since 2020, Sari and Emily have been giving back to several organizations, including the Khartum Shriners, BTHC CancerCare, the BTHC Expansion Project, Miami Minor Ball, and Katie Cares. Together, these amazing young ladies have donated an outstanding total of $8,874.00 since 2020!

What an amazing accomplishment! A heartfelt thank you to Nicole and April — their supportive moms — and to everyone who has encouraged and contributed to their efforts. And to Sari and Emily — thank you for all that you have done to make life brighter and easier for those in hospital. You truly are remarkable! 💜
