Celebrating 10 Years of Katie’s Cottage

For the past 10 years, Katie’s Cottage has been a place of comfort, rest, and compassion for families during some of life’s most challenging moments. Open to those connected with Boundary Trails Health Centre, Salem Home, Eden Health Centre, Tabor Home, and other care facilities in the Morden/Winkler area, the Cottage exists to support loved ones when they need it most.

Whether stopping in while waiting for a loved one or staying longer, guests are welcomed into a warm, inviting space with coffee, snacks, and a sense of home. For extended visits, seven private rooms offer a peaceful place to rest, reflect, and renew.

As we celebrate this 10-year milestone, we are grateful for the community, volunteers, and supporters who have made Katie’s Cottage a true home away from home. With their continued support, we look forward to providing care, comfort, and connection for many years to come.

Looking ahead, we remain committed to providing care, comfort, and connection to every guest who walks through our doors. The next 10 years hold new opportunities to grow, adapt, and continue this important work, ensuring that families always have a place of support, understanding, and respite when they need it most.
